Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. If the package is undelivered due to:

  • Refusal to accept

the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly advise customers to:

  • Record a video while opening the package
  • Refuse delivery if visibly damaged
