3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed packaging
  • Capture the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.


4. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

5. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Our team will guide you through the process
  • Reverse pickup may be arranged or you may be asked to ship the product
  • Replacement will be dispatched after quality inspection

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Color differences due to screen variations
  • Minor thread variations or handcrafted irregularities
  • Requests raised after 3 days
  • Products without original packaging or tags

7. Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team. The company reserves the right to make the final decision.
